I also uploaded a skin with my UUID, but that didn't show up either. If I replace user/repo with my repository details, and %auto% with a Minecraft username, it returns the skin image directly so the problem isn't host-side. I've got the pngs hosted on GitHub, but we only see default skins. Putting skins & capes in the offlineSkins folder works fine, but it'd be a pain for everyone to re-download everything when one person wants to change their skin. Anyway, I'm having some trouble getting the custom server set up for 1.18.2.
